3. User Accounts and Registration

  • One-time payment, no recurring charges

5.3 Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed through Stripe
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for digital content once delivered
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
  • Access to paid content continues until period end

6.2 Refund Policy

  • Digital content is non-refundable once delivered
  • Refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing access
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • All refunds are at our sole discretion

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GitiAstro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions

9.2 Service Availability

  • We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
  • We are not liable for service interruptions

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GitiAstro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GitiAstro and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
