How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → GitiAstro. You can also manage subscriptions in the app's Profile section.
What is Match Compatibility Analysis?
Match Compatibility Analysis uses traditional Ashtakoota and Dashakoota systems to analyze relationship compatibility. It's a one-time purchase that provides detailed compatibility scores and insights.
I'm having trouble with push notifications
Make sure notifications are enabled in your device Settings → Notifications → GitiAstro. Also ensure the app has permission to send notifications. If issues persist, try logging out and back in.
How do I update my birth details?
Go to Profile → Edit Profile and update your birth date, time, or location. Your chart will be recalculated automatically with the new information.
